Shipping Policy

Order Processing:  Normal order processing can take between 2-8 business days

Sale Periods: During busier periods such as holiday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, order processing and delivery can take up to 10 working days

Charges: Shipping is free in the Continental US

Courier Information: All items ship either USPS or Fedex Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact customer service if you would like your order expedited. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.  Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information so that you will be able to track your order with the tracking number provided.

Return Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll figure out a way to make it right. Please note, all unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition, unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by either sending you replacement parts or products or issuing a refund.
