Used once and it worked fine. Second use it’s not producing steam and making knocking noises. I have a video of it failing but the site won’t let me upload. Here’s a photo with my hand on the heat plate. It’s a little warm but no steam. Wasted money.

This thing really puts out good steam. Fairly easy to handle but a little too large/heavy for me to travel. Although, if I’m not worried about luggage weight & space I might take it along. Does a great job though. I purchased a denim jacket through Amazon which arrived scrunched in a plastic bag. Was able to get the wrinkles and creases out fairly easy. Hopefully it will last a good while.
