Creator Content License Terms

These Creator Content License Terms ("Terms") govern any use by True & Tidy/SALAV ("True & Tidy/SALAV," "we," "us," or "our") of video, photo, or other content ("Content") created and shared by you ("Creator," "you," or "your") featuring True & Tidy/SALAV products.

By replying "I agree" to our request, submitting Content to us, or otherwise confirming your agreement, you accept these Terms in full and grant True & Tidy/SALAV the rights described below.

1. Grant of License
You grant True & Tidy/SALAV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, modify, adapt, and publicly display or perform the Content, in whole or in part, for any of the following purposes:

  • On our website(s) and owned digital properties

  • On our social media channels (organic posts)

  • In paid digital and social advertising (including but not limited to platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon Ads)

  • In broadcast, streaming, and connected TV commercials

  • In-store displays, signage, and point-of-sale marketing

  • In internal and external business communications, presentations, and press materials

  • In any other marketing, promotional, or commercial use now known or later developed

This license includes the right to edit, crop, caption, add music or voiceover to, and otherwise modify the Content for these purposes.

2. Term
This license begins on the date you agree to these Terms and continues for [2 years / perpetuity], unless otherwise agreed in writing. (Note: Please delete whichever term does not apply before publishing).

3. Your Representations & Warranties
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You created the Content, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.

  • You are the person appearing in the Content, or you have obtained permission from anyone else who appears in it.

  • If a minor appears in the Content, you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to their appearance and our use of the Content as described here.

  • The Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

  • You have the right to grant True & Tidy/SALAV use of your name, social media handle, likeness, and voice as they appear in the Content, in connection with the uses described in Section 1.

4. Compensation
Your participation and this license are provided in exchange for the complimentary product(s) sent to you and/or the compensation separately agreed upon between you and True & Tidy/SALAV. No additional compensation is owed to you for any use described in Section 1 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Credit
Where reasonably feasible, True & Tidy/SALAV will credit you (e.g., by tagging your handle and/or making sure your handle is visible in the video) when the Content is used. Credit is not guaranteed in all placements — for example, paid advertising, TV commercials, and in-store displays may not include attribution due to format or platform limitations.

6. No Obligation to Use
True & Tidy/SALAV is not obligated to use the Content in any or all of the ways described above, and may choose not to use it at all.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold True & Tidy/SALAV harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from a breach of your representations and warranties in Section 3.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
