Order Processing
We process orders within 2–8 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing and delivery may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free within the Continental United States.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to upgrade your shipping.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship orders via USPS, OnTrac or Fedex Ground.
- Standard delivery within the 48 contiguous states typically takes 4–6 business days.
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product size and availability.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- U.S. Territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- Canada or other international destinations
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval and amount.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or not liking the color/quality):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A partial refund may apply for items that are opened or used
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement
- If you choose not to receive a replacement, you will receive a full refund
There are no shipping charges for returns caused by our error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
